Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders shipped by Jolene Le Mille LLC ("we," "us").

Most orders ship within 2 business days, insured, from Rochester, Michigan. Old glass, cast iron, and century-old textiles do not travel like paperbacks, so every piece is wrapped and boxed by hand.

Rates

  • US orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping.
  • Other US orders: UPS or USPS rates, calculated at checkout from the weight and size of your order.
  • International orders: USPS or DHL Express, calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer and are not included in our price.

Processing and tracking

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. When your order ships, you get an email with tracking.

Packing and insurance

We pack every piece ourselves. Fragile pieces are wrapped individually and double-boxed. Every shipped order is insured for up to $100 at no extra cost to you, and higher-value pieces carry additional coverage. See our Return & Refund Policy for what to do if a piece arrives damaged.

Heavy and large pieces

Furniture, large mirrors, and other heavy or oversized pieces are marked on their listings. For these, choose local pickup, or contact us before you buy for a shipping quote. We get quotes from freight and blanket-wrap carriers and confirm the cost with you before anything is charged. Large-piece shipping is invoiced separately.

Dealers, designers, and large orders

Dealers and designers are welcome to buy for resale. For large orders or lots, please email us first, and we will arrange pricing, packing, and pickup or freight with you.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free and available only at our Rochester office.

  1. Choose Local pickup at checkout.
  2. We email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
  3. Reply or call to book a pickup time. The office is open by appointment only.
  4. Bring your order confirmation. We hold pickup orders for 14 days.

Please bring a vehicle and help suited to the size of your piece. We are happy to help carry it out, but we cannot load pieces into a vehicle that will not fit them.

Addresses

We cannot change a shipping address after an order ships. Please check yours at checkout.
