You provide the vision; the hunter provide the boots on the ground.

Building a Manor takes time, and true history cannot be ordered from a modern catalog. Finding pieces with weight, tactility, and a Verifiable Soul requires 5:00 AM estate sales, digging through century-old barns, and wiping away the dust of forgotten eras. If you are searching for a specific piece—a heavy iron foundry mold, a Victorian gilded mirror, or a 1920s solid oak library desk—but do not have the time to hunt, you can commission us.

How the Commission Works

You secure your spot on my active hunting ledger with a non-refundable $150 sourcing retainer. Upon booking, you will fill out a detailed brief specifying the item, era, materials, and dimensions you are looking for.

I take your request into the field. As I navigate private estate sales, auctions, and architectural salvage yards across the Midwest, your item becomes my priority target.

When I pull your piece from the mud, you are the first to see it. Before Jolene ever catalogs it or places it in the public Archive, you get the exclusive right to purchase it. (Your $150 retainer is applied directly to the final purchase price).

Local pickup available from our regional warehouse. Standard domestic shipping via carrier-calculated rates. International shipping to select markets. White-glove delivery available for large architectural pieces—contact us for a custom quote.
