The Bespoke Hunt

You are looking for one specific piece. A heavy iron foundry mold. A Victorian gilded mirror for the hall. A solid oak library desk from the 1920s with the right patina. You do not have the time to dig for it. I do.

How it works

1. Tell me what you are after. As much detail as you have: era, material, size, budget, the room it is going in, photos of anything close.

2. The retainer puts you on the hunt list. $150 holds your place and tells me you are serious. It comes off the price of whatever you end up buying.

3. First right of refusal. When I turn up a match at an estate sale, a barn, or an auction, you see it first, before it goes to the boutique. You say yes or no. No pressure either way.

What I hunt

Antiques and vintage, mostly out of Michigan estates and the Great Lakes region: furniture, lighting, mirrors, ironwork, kitchen and tableware, art, textiles, and the odd thing that does not fit a category. If it is handmade or floral you are after, that is a studio conversation and I am glad to have it.
